My Mommy, Daddy and I, and now Jacob, really need your help. In November of 2003 we found out that I have the inflammatory bowel disease known as Crohn's. I have to take eleven or sometimes more different medicines every single day and I get supplemental nutrition through my nasal J feeding tube. All this makes my immune system so low that my brother and I have to stay home and out of germs' way except when I have go to the doctor or hospital. I once stayed in the hospital for 49 days!!! My Mommy stays home and takes care of me, and Daddy works lots of side jobs after his 8-5 to try to make ends meet. I wish that were all; but in July of 2004, Mommy & Daddy were once again horrified to find out that my brother Jacob also has Crohn's Disease.
My Mommy and Daddy work and try so hard, but the bills and all the medicine and my special nutritional needs; it just adds up really fast, and not just for us, LOTS of kids have Crohn's Disease.....and we want to help with some of it.
Sometimes Mommy and Jacob & I sell some really neat note cards that Jacob and I make. They are ALL so pretty, and Mommy even makes address labels to match!!! Mommy sells those or puts them on eBay for nice people to buy and to help us. And then my Daddy's company started an AWESOME golf tournemant to try and help even more people!!!
Would you please look at our note cards or SIGN UP for our golf tournament? We thought it was the least we could do to help after all everyone does to help us!!!
